R&D Center


Our technical center comprises a microbiology laboratory and a physical and chemical laboratory, with a total investment of RMB 20 million. It complies with national technical center standards and can conduct comprehensive testing for all projects. For domestically sold products, we perform pre-shipment tests for coliforms, total bacteria, pathogenic bacteria, salt, amino acid nitrogen, reducing sugar, moisture, ash, acid insoluble ash, total nitrogen, total acid, and other parameters. For exports to South Korea and European Union countries, we primarily test chili pepper color value, spiciness, salt content, ripeness, and protease activity, as well as the presence of pesticide residues, ochratoxin, aflatoxin, coliforms, pathogenic bacteria, and Bacillus cereus to ensure strict adherence to export standards.

Physical and Chemical Laboratory


Farinograph imported from Germany: This instrument primarily detects product qualities such as elongation, rheology, and water absorption.

Near-infrared analyzer: Imported from Sweden’s Perten, this instrument provides fast and accurate analysis. It can simultaneously determine moisture, ash, protein, fat, and other indicators in soybean or flour samples within 1 minute.

High-Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC): Imported from Japan’s Shimadzu Corporation, this instrument is mainly used to detect the spiciness of chili peppers and control aflatoxin and ochratoxin levels in raw materials.

Spectrophotometer: It’s used to measure the color value of pepper products.

Full-automatic potentiometric titrator: It’s primarily used to detect salt, amino acid nitrogen, reducing sugar, and other indices in products.

Balance Room: Equipped with an analytical balance imported from Mettler Toledo in Switzerland, this room accurately weighs the sample mass.

Sample Processing Room: It’s used for sample pre-processing, including crushing and pulverizing.

Sample Retention Room: It’s for retaining test products.

The main responsibility of our technology center is to ensure that product quality meets national food safety standards by monitoring the entire process, from raw materials entering the factory to the processing process, and then to the products leaving the factory. We aim to provide consumers with safe and reliable products.
